Indonesian Food Promotion at IFT Educational Restaurant
The Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT) Educational Restaurant is offering a special promotion featuring authentic Indonesian food until Friday.
Two chefs participating in the event, Astawan and Sadjuni, both culinary instructors at the Bali Tourism Institute, will bring a variety of exotic Indonesian delights, including West Sumatra Tropical Salad, Fish and Seafood Consommé, Indonesian Chicken Curry, Fish Terrine, Roasted Sirloin in Young Bamboo, Braised Baby Squid in Kalas sauce, Grilled Fish served with Jimbaran Sambal and the famous Beef Stew in Rendang Gravy and Rainbow Layer Pudding.
IFT has always been dedicated to organising gourmet promotions of different ethnic cuisine for the public. and along with the Indonesian food promotion this week, Chefs Astawan and Sadjuni will host a culinary workshop on Wednesday and Thursday, where local chefs and IFT students will have an opportunity to learn and experience the Indonesian cuisine.
